Massengill Design-Build Wins Gold at 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes
FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. — Massengill Design-Build has been awarded the Gold Award in the 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes for its entry “Hilltop Haven”, located within the builder’s Hilltop Bluffs community in Fuquay-Varina. This award marks the second consecutive year the company has earned Gold in the region’s premier homebuilding competition.
The Triangle Parade of Homes, presented each year by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, is one of the largest open-home showcases in North Carolina. The event highlights the best in new residential construction across Wake, Durham and Orange counties, drawing entries from some of the region’s most respected local builders as well as national names in homebuilding.
